It is important to us that your visit to Museum Panorama Mesdag runs smoothly and safely. That is why we follow the Museum Protocol for a safe, responsible museum visit.

Have symptoms? Stay at home and do not visit the museum – even if you are vaccinated.

Capacity

Tickets are for a specific time slot; we allow up to 50 visitors into the museum every 15 minutes.

By doing this, we ensure that the museum does not get too busy. You can reserve a time slot through the ticketing page.

The platform at the panorama has a maximum capacity of 50 visitors, which means you may have to wait a little while if the platform is full.

Practical matters

Hand gel is available at various locations around the museum so that you can disinfect your hands.

The Holland Pass and combination tickets are not currently accepted.
